Mochamad Tito Julianto |
PhD student in NACM Group, Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Twente under supervision of Prof.dr.ir. J.J.W. van der Vegt and dr. ir.Onno Bokhove.
Research interest: Parallel
algorithm for discontinuous Galerkin Finite Element Method.
Currently, we are working on hpGEM,
which is a C++ software framework for discontinuous Galerkin method.
hpGEM: To know more about this
software, please read hpGEM publication: L. Pesch, A. Bell, W.E.H.
Solie, V.R. Ambati, O. Bokhove and J.J.W. van der Vegt, "hpGEM
--- A sofware framework for discontinuous Galerkin finite element
Methods," ACM Transactions on Mathematical Software,
Volume 33 , Issue 4 (August 2007) or EEMCS EPrints Service.
Figures and movies: Some
figures and movies of numerical simulation using finite volume or
hpGEM: flooding
over IJsselmeer dikes, dam break flow over a conical hump (free
surface and generated
potential vorticity movies), dam break flow over a Gaussian hump
(free
surface and generated
potential vorticity movies), and rotating shallow water on deep
ocean basin (free
surface). Documentation of these examples are here.
