APFEM 2011 Numerical Exercise Twente: Both exercises in (draft) Laplace and free surface water waves; first exercise builds up to the second one. Overhead sheets.

2009 Exercises Twente: exercises viii (Laplace's equation) and xi (linear water waves) of the reader with an extra question.
Hint: plot a norm of the potential versus the forcing frequency and indicate the resonances. Then compare the solution correctly near or at a resonance with the exact solution.
Note that the content of the reader is not part of the course material, but feel free to study it. Ph.D. student Shavarsh Nurijanyan assists in the numerical exercises as well.
